UN Youth New Zealand hereby gives official notice of a Special General Meeting in accordance with clause 9.7 of its National Constitution. This Special General Meeting will be held in person at the Victoria University of Wellington Pipitea Campus, 3pm on Sunday 4th December 2022. The SGM is expected to run for 1.5 hours. A Google Meet has been set up for those that are unable to attend in person. This can be accessed by clicking the "Register" box above.
The SGM will discuss the following matters:
Election of the 2023 National President, 2023 Volunteer's representative to the Board of Directors, and a Director to the Board of Directors (nominations to be released in due course).
There will also be informal reports presented by the National Executive.

Voting eligibility will be granted to those that are members of UN Youth. To become a member of UN Youth, you must meet the criteria outlined in the UN Youth Membership Policy and submit the membership application form. The application will be reviewed before membership is granted. Please note that having a UN Youth email address does not correlate to being a member. Proxy voting will be available to those with membership and are unable to attend the SGM. Proxy voting rules and forms will be released after nominations are closed.
