What happens when two people who love each other very much, decide to marry? They give a decade of peace to their enemy nations of course. Callum, Prime Minister of Israel, and SJ, mediator and cabinet member, tell what happened during this phenomenal event in the Problem Solving Workshop of South East Asia.
On the 8th of July, 2022 at exactly 4:40pm, conference assistants took several delegates out to try and negotiate between Israel and Iran. That was when an idea occurred. What happens when two become one? Both nations wanted peace and here was the opportunity.
A contract was created there and then, no time was wasted. It was taken to the crisis committee and they approved. Rings were generously donated, and promptly the son of Israel's Prime Minister and the son of Iran's President, were joined together in marriage.
“They say, ‘you may now kiss the bride.’ We had, ‘you may now hug the homie,’” said SJ in an interview with Fox News.
Clapping and cheering, CA’s and delegates returned, confused. The war between Israel and Iran was no more! And they all lived happily ever after. The End.
